To confirm and secure a booking at The Wildfoot Cabins, we require full payment in advance.

Payment Requirement

All reservations must be paid in full before the booking is confirmed. A booking is only considered secured once full payment has been received and acknowledged by The Wildfoot Cabins.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • M-Pesa
  • Credit and debit cards

Payment details will be shared at the time of booking.

Booking Confirmation

Once full payment is received:

  • Your reservation will be confirmed
  • A booking confirmation will be issued
  • Your dates will be reserved exclusively for you

Unpaid or partially paid bookings will not be held.

Payment Timeline

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Bookings without payment remain tentative and may be released without notice.

Changes & Refunds

All changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Please review the cancellation terms carefully before making payment.

Third-Party & Agent Bookings

For bookings made through travel agents or third parties:

  • Full payment is still required to secure the reservation
  • Commission arrangements are handled separately and do not affect the guest’s total payable amount

For your security, kindly make payments only through our official channels or approved agents. We are unable to take responsibility for payments made to unauthorized third parties.

Pricing & Rates

Rates may vary based on:

  • Weekends
  • Holidays
  • High-demand periods

The rate applicable at the time of full payment is the final confirmed rate.
